We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various departments while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning recruitment practices with business goals.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in [specify industry].
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
