Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing and Management:

  Identifying and connecting with potential consultants, managing their profiles and availability, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 

• Client Relationship Management:

  Understanding client requirements, building relationships, and presenting consultant profiles that meet their needs. 

• Sales and Negotiation:

  Negotiating pay rates and terms of employment with candidates, collaborating with internal teams, and closing deals with clients. 

• Placement and Onboarding:

  Coordinating interview schedules, ensuring smooth transitions for consultants, and following up on placements to ensure success. 

• Industry Knowledge and Market Research:

  Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to effectively advise clients and identify new opportunities. 

• Reporting and Documentation:

  Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and generating reports as needed. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills:

  Ability to build rapport, persuade clients, and negotiate favorable terms for both candidates and clients. 

• Excellent Communication Skills:

  Effective verbal and written communication to connect with candidates and clients, and to clearly articulate their needs and the benefits of the consultants being offered. 

• Organizational and Time Management Skills:

  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and to stay organized with candidate information and client interactions. 

• Industry Knowledge:

  Understanding of relevant industries, technologies, and market trends to effectively match consultants with suitable opportunities. 

• Relationship-Building Skills:

  Ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants to facilitate the recruitment process.
