Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our team. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various roles within the organization. This position requires extensive travel, strong networking skills, and the ability to engage with candidates in diverse settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct field visits, attend job fairs, and establish partnerships with local organizations, schools, and employment agencies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, community outreach, and referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track key hiring metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws in all recruitment efforts.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to potential candidates and external partners.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a field-based or high-volume hiring role.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently to various locations.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
