Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Manage and resolve employee queries. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Provide day-to-day performance guidance to the operations (e.g. counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Develop and execute employee engagement plans along with R&R for the employees.
Identifies training needs for the project span(s) and individual executive coaching needs.
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Coordinate with other HR team members for timely and effective flow of information.
Plan and execute employment engagement initiatives, fun sessions, town halls etc.
Create and maintain Headcount and attrition reports.
Requirements
Between 6 months to 2 years, with some relevant experience in a similar industry
Knowledge of PPT and excel is must
Good communication skills
Any graduate / post graduate
Should have good sense of humour
