Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs
Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)
Source candidates through online channels, databases, networking, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications
Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
Organizational and time management abilities
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
A Master’s degree or MBA in HR is a plus
Additional certification in recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter, SHRM-CP) is advantageous
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
