• Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers

• Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports

• Promote job openings through various job portals and social media platforms

• Follow up with candidates post-interview and ensure a smooth onboarding process

• Maintain a professional and engaging interaction with all applicants
