Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations of the medical office or facility
Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups
Maintain and update patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations
Handle patient inquiries, billing, and insurance claims processing
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff
Monitor office supplies, medical inventory, and order as needed
Prepare reports, manage budgets, and assist with financial tracking
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
Liaise between medical staff, patients, and external vendors
Assist in planning and implementing office policies and procedures
