Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Field Recruiter to join our expanding team and play a key role in building our delivery force by recruiting and onboarding delivery boys. This position will involve sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. As a Field Recruiter, you will contribute significantly to the growth of our delivery team and help meet our hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing & Recruitment: Actively source delivery boys through job fairs, community outreach, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability.
• Onboarding Coordination: Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, training, and orientation of new hires.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pool of qualified delivery boy candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to meet recruitment goals and improve hiring efficiency.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate status, and hiring progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure recruitment aligns with company objectives and policies.


Requirements:
• Proven experience in recruitment, especially in field or blue-collar hiring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of local job markets and effective recruitment channels.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for recruitment activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in HR or a related field are a plus.
