We're seeking an Recruiter to manage large-scale recruitment drives for apprenticeship candidates and facilitate their placement in manufacturing industries.

Conduct large-scale recruitment drives for NAPS/NATS/WILP eligible candidates

Source candidates through job fairs, campus visits, and online platforms

Screen, interview, and assess candidates for manufacturing roles

Coordinate with clients to facilitate candidate placement

Build relationships with educational institutions for talent acquisition

Requirements

Bachelor's in any field.

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
