Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various roles across diverse industries. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
Manage and update candidate databases.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications, work history, and cultural fit.
Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Placement and Follow-up:
Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
Provide feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle.
Conduct post-placement follow-ups to ensure successful placements.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions.
Prepare and submit reports on recruitment activities.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass from a convent school or a graduate degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Previous experience in recruitment (preferred, but not essential).
A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
