Job Title: Consultancy Recruiter

Reports to: Recruitment Manager/Director

Location: PIMPRI CHINCHWAD

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Consultancy Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for our consultancy clients, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultancy clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional recruitment services to meet their needs.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
3. Recruitment Process:
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer extension, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
4. Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and job preferences.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Build relationships with potential clients and promote our recruitment services.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.
2. Proven track record of success in recruitment, including meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
6. Strong business acumen and understanding of the consultancy industry.

Nice to Have:

1. Certification in recruitment or HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
2. Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
3. Knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
