Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending top-quality candidates for open positions within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for finding the best candidates to join the team. Prior experience in sourcing is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates through various channels.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
Coordinate interviews and provide support throughout the process.
Manage candidate relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate communications, interview notes.
Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and google drive.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
