Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive / Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resource function at Wrencho. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and building a people-first culture that aligns with the company’s mission and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage and support the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and employee development.
Ensure compliance with statutory and legal regulations related to labor laws and HR practices.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Organize regular employee engagement activities, internal communication, and cultural initiatives.
Maintain and update HRMS systems, employee records, and ensure smooth documentation processes.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring and training needs.
Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism) and suggest data-driven improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–7 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in a startup or digital environment.
Sound knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and HR software (HRMS/ATS).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills.
