Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the broking industry.
Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and compliance-related documents.
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave management.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Handle employee grievances, engagement initiatives, and HR policies implementation.
Work closely with other departments to streamline HR operations.
