Job Description:
As a Sr. HR Executive at PAN Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources to ensure a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience in HR, particularly in the FMCG, Retail and Manufacturing sector, and will be responsible for the following key areas
Job Reasonability:
Payroll & Time Management:
• Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
HR MIS:
• Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
• Generate regular reports on key HR metrics for management review.
• Utilize HRIS tools to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
HR Compliance:
• Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
Recruitment:
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a talented and diverse workforce.
• Conduct onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and employees.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Collaborate with external vendors for HR-related services, such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and employee benefits vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns in a proactive manner.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the FMCG, Retail and Manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
