Build and nurture long-term business relationships to ensure client retention and quality service delivery.
✅ Public Relations & Business Development
Conduct client meetings to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
Independently manage client correspondence and engagement.
Identify and onboard new clients while tracking upcoming assignments.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and foster strong professional relationships.
✅ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and team supervision.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Draft JDs, define roles, and conduct preliminary interviews.
Ensure timely delivery of assignments while maintaining quality standards.
✔ Experience in the recruitment industry is a must.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (written and verbal).
✔ Strong understanding of deadlines and timely execution of assignments.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
✔ A regular UG/PG degree is required.
✔ A pleasing personality with a professional approach.
✔ Own vehicle preferred.
