Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Recruiter placements to join our dynamic team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for our clients' contract-to-hire/ permanent positions in the IT sector. This role requires a strong understanding of both technical requirements and business needs to successfully match candidates with client requirements.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements for permanent and contract-to-hire positions.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
