Customer Assistance:
Greet and assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories.
Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and trends.
Address customer queries regarding fabric, sizes, pricing, and promotions.
Billing & Payments:
Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions.
Ensure proper billing and provide receipts to customers.
Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising:
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Assist in setting up promotional displays and stock arrangements.
Complaint Handling & Returns:
Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds per company policies.
Stock Management:
Track inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
Coordinate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
Sales & Upselling:
Promote store offers and discounts to increase sales.
Encourage customers to explore new arrivals and loyalty programs.
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduation preferred
Experience: 0-2 years in retail, fashion, or customer service (Freshers can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash and POS systems
Basic understanding of fashion and apparel trends
