Sales & Business Development:
Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
Stay updated with the latest product offerings, features, and specifications of vehicles.
Conduct product demonstrations, explaining the benefits and features of the vehicles.
Assist customers in understanding financing and warranty options.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing, trade-in options, and financing plans with customers.
Close sales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate the completion of all sales transactions.
Marketing & Promotions:
Participate in promotional activities and events to increase dealership visibility.
Help create and implement sales strategies to increase foot traffic and sales volume.
Ensure vehicles are properly showcased on the sales floor and online.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market trends.
Keep track of sales targets and work towards achieving set goals.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in automobile sales or a similar sales-driven role. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
