We’re looking for an experienced Counter Sales Executive to build and lead a team of sales agents or advisors to meet and exceed business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit top talent for the agent/advisor role.
Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process.
Oversee onboarding and training for new agents.
Lead regular training sessions covering products, sales strategies, and compliance.
Create skill development programs to boost agent performance.
Organize workshops, mentoring sessions, and refresher courses to support continuous learning.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of sales experience.
21 to 38 years old candidate preferable.
Local candidate hire first.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
