Job Summary:
The Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and representing the TBZ brand with professionalism and expertise. This role involves assisting customers in selecting fine jewellery, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the showroom.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Sales:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate jewellery pieces.
Provide detailed information about the quality, craftsmanship, and value of TBZ jewellery.
Showcase different designs, gemstones, and precious metals.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
Close sales and achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TBZ jewellery collections, including diamonds, gold, platinum, and other precious stones.
Stay informed about current trends in the jewellery industry.
Be able to explain the characteristics, quality, and certification of jewellery.
Showroom Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and display arrangements.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and preparing invoices.
Adhere to security procedures and maintain the safety of the showroom and merchandise.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and offer ongoing assistance.
Build a network of potential clients and referrals.
Brand Representation:
Represent the TBZ brand with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for fine jewellery.
Adhere to TBZ's dress code and grooming standards.
Participate in promotional events and activities as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
A passion for jewellery and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of jewellery design, gemstones, and precious metals.
Experience with CRM systems.
Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
