Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our Tulsi Studio . The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting brides-to-be and their families in finding the perfect wedding attire while providing an exceptional shopping experience. You should have strong sales skills, a keen eye for fashion, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in selecting bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories.
• Provide expert advice on styles, fits, and trends to match customers’ preferences and body types.
• Deliver a personalized and engaging shopping experience to every bride.
• Handle customer inquiries and appointments efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest bridal fashion trends and store inventory.
• Upsell and cross-sell accessories, veils, and related products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and ensure smooth billing.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and promote referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Previous 4yrs to 5yrs experience in fashion retail, bridal sales, or luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales processes.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.

Salary Range:
25000-90,000 Monthly
