We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, promoting products, managing billing operations, and providing excellent customer service. A presentable appearance, effective communication in the local language, and prior sales experience are key to this role.
Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
Generate sales by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
Handle billing, payment processing, and ensure accurate invoicing
Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the counter/display area
Keep stock records and report inventory needs
Build long-term customer relationships and handle after-sales queries if required
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and service
Presentable appearance and positive attitude
Strong communication skills in English and the local language (mandatory)
Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail or counter sales environment
Familiarity with billing software and handling cash/card payments
Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
