Responsibilities • Build and nurture relationships with clients, offering personalized assistance and support throughout their customer journey • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and promptly addressing any concerns or issues • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling, always striving to meet and exceed sales targets • Act as a liaison between clients and the support team, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed product information to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients • Participate in public relations (PR) events to promote the brand positively. Assist with product displays and create appealing visual merchandising. Proactively engage with potential and existing customers through customer calling initiatives. • Conduct internal training sessions for the sales staff, covering product knowledge, grooming, new launch schemes, and competitor analysis.
