• Maintain an organized sales floor by ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the relevant departments for restocking.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and sales techniques to provide expert advice to customers.

• Assist with visual merchandising to enhance the overall store presentation.

• Collaborate with senior management to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in any field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable, well-mannered, and professional approach.

• Smart, proactive, and quick to learn with a problem-solving mindset.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

• Prior retail sales experience is a plus, but not required.
