Supervise daily operations of the battery store, including sales, inventory, and service.
Manage a small team of sales and service staff.
Ensure proper stock levels and timely reordering of inventory.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor and ensure correct installation of batteries where required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and display areas.
Generate daily/weekly sales and stock reports.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of stock.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Minimum 1–3 years experience in store supervision, retail sales, or battery industry (preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of batteries and related accessories (preferred, training can be provided).
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to manage inventory and basic store accounts.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).
