Inventory Management:
 Monitor stock levels of electronic components, equipment, and related items.
 Regularly conduct physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
 Ensure implementation of foreign objects detection, removal & prevention.
 To identify the materials either by stickers / tags / paints.
 Prepare IRIR & stock registers etc and update.
 Implement and maintain an efficient inventory control system to minimize stock variances, loss, and wastage.
 Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and propose appropriate actions.
Receiving and Dispatching:
 Receive incoming shipments of electronic components, equipment, and related items and record it in inward register.
 Inspect deliveries for accuracy, quality, and damages.

 Inform HOD/MKT regarding rejected materials received from customers.
 Verify the quantity and quality of received goods against purchase orders.

 Prepare and maintain proper documentation, such as delivery notes and goods received notes.
 Inform QC for inspection on goods receipts.
 Take care of Customer property
 Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders for smooth inbound and outbound operations.
Stock Management:
 Organize and maintain the storage area to ensure efficient space utilization and easy retrieval of goods.
 Label and tag items appropriately for easy identification and tracking.
 Implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) system to ensure proper stock rotation.
 Monitor and control stock movements within the organization, including interdepartmental transfers.
Documentation and Reporting:
 Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
 Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption, and inventory valuation.
Collaboration and Coordination:
 Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely procurement of required items.
 Coordinate with production and other departments to understand their stock requirements and prioritize accordingly.
 Liaise with finance department to reconcile inventory records and participate in periodic audits.
