We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Shift Manager to join our QSR team. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, staff productivity, and adherence to company standards.
Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained
Manage cash handling, register operations, and end-of-shift reports
Monitor customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Optimize labor during the shift to meet business needs and labor budgets
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand standards
Handle inventory and restocking needs during the shift
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality/management is a plus
4+ year of experience in the QSR or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
