Store Manager Job Description Store Manager Role overview: - You will be required to:
• Develop strategies to improve supply customer service, drive Cost analysis Of Monthly Raw Material Consumption, increase Internal profitability, and create store policies.
• Ensure Operations Team needs are met; Supply of Raw material, Spares, Consumables without complaints at our 21 Sites and service is quick and efficient. • Manage store operational requirements by scheduling, monitoring inventories and assigning task with purchase team / vendor communication both telephonic and mail and material Dispatch to our sites.
• Controlled store as per rule LIFO & FIFO & Maintain Inventory of (Raw Material, Consumables, Spares).
• Dispatch internal material in plant to Operations for production purpose.
• Prepare annual budget of our Site consumables (Raw Material, Spares), schedule expenditure as per monthly production requirement, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements – issue RGP, Closing RGP etc.
• Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about inventory control.
• Analyze Production figures, forecast future production and interpret trends to facilitate planning of Supply.
• Ensure standards for quality, service, and health and safety are met by Vendors.
• Respond to Site Operations complaints and comments.
• Make the indent for urgent material & forward to purchase dept.
• Taking stock detail of material every week.
• Make outward RGP/PR/PO job work challan of the material.
• Make outward delivery challan of outgoing material. Store Manager required skills and knowledge Kindly apply if you:

• Have a relentless commitment to delivering customer service excellence and building strong customer relationships
• Can show knowledge of budgeting, marketing, strategic planning, and vendor relationship management
• Have sound knowledge of technology products and the current retail environment
• Consistently deliver results and have first-class sales skills
• Are highly organized and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing on Mail.
• Have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Diploma in Mechanical.
