We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Watch Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, expertise in luxury and fashion watches, and a passion for retail management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Service
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Provide expert knowledge about various watch brands, movements, and trends.
Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
2. Store Operations
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain an attractive and well-organized store display.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
Ensure proper security measures for high-value watches.
3. Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop store staff to enhance their sales and product knowledge.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching when needed.
Schedule staff shifts and ensure efficient workforce management.
4. Business Development & Reporting
Analyze sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Identify market trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings.
Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory updates, and other necessary reports to management.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of retail management experience (preferably in luxury watches or high-end retail).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for watches and knowledge of luxury brands like Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
