Job Summary:

Park Avenue, a leading brand in premium apparel, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service:

• Drive store sales and achieve revenue targets.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates.

• Ensure superior customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

2. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising:

• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for visual merchandising and product display.

• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and replenishment.

• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.

3. Team Management & Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated sales team.

• Set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback.

• Foster a positive and engaging work environment.

• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

4. Business & Financial Management:

• Monitor store performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.

• Prepare sales reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Optimize expenses and manage store budgets efficiently.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions and events.

5. Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage.

• Implement safety and security protocols for staff and customers.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of retail store management experience, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Skills: Strong leadership, sales acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Personality Traits: Customer-focused, proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail software.
