Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

- Maintain records of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

- Ensure stock levels are adequate and reorder supplies when necessary.

- Conduct regular stock audits and prevent material shortages or excesses.

Material Handling & Storage

- Properly store printing materials (paper, inks, films, adhesives, etc.).

- Organize packaging materials efficiently for easy access.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and free from potential hazards.

Procurement & Coordination

- Work with suppliers to procure materials at the best quality and cost.

- Coordinate with the production and sales teams to fulfill orders on time.

- Ensure timely receipt and issuance of materials.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain stock registers, invoices, and material movement records.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Quality Control & Safety

- Check materials upon arrival for quality and quantity.

- Implement safety protocols for handling flammable or hazardous materials.

- Ensure packaging meets industry and customer standards.

Logistics & Dispatch

- Organize shipments and deliveries efficiently.

- Coordinate with logistics teams for smooth dispatch of finished products.

- Track incoming and outgoing shipments.
