Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising concepts and displays

• Create window displays, floor plans, and merchandise presentations that are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines

• Select and arrange merchandise to maximize visual impact and drive customer interest

• Maintain visual standards and ensure displays are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

• Stay up-to-date on the latest visual merchandising trends and best practices

• Assist with store renovations and remodels as needed

• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail environment

• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus

• Passion for retail and a strong customer focus
