About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Academic Counsellor to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students , guiding them through our academic offerings and helping them choose the best programs suited to their goals.
This position involves a significant amount of cold calling, lead generation, and data management. If you're passionate about education, enjoy interacting with people, and are driven by results, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students to promote our academic programs
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals
Explain course offerings, answer queries, and counsel students to help them make informed decisions
Convert leads into enrollments by building trust and demonstrating value
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses in CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Prior experience in telesales, academic counselling, or customer support is a plus
