Salary Range: ₹17,000 - ₹22,000 per month (As per last salary & Interview Performance)
Location: Sector - 49, Gurugram, Haryana
Shift Time: 7 AM to 4 PM (Ready to work in flexible shift)
Working Days: 5.5 Days (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic EdTech team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities, building relationships with Parent/Guardians, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (online, networking, referrals)
- Qualify leads based on their educational needs and budget
2. Sales Presentations & Consultations
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients (parents, schools, or institutions)
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tutoring services
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Provide continuous support and guidance to clients during and after the sales process
4. Sales Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
- Close deals and ensure all necessary paperwork and formalities are completed
5. Achieving Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Regularly report sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer demands
- Use insights to adjust sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
7. Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other teams to optimize sales efforts and improve service delivery
- Provide client feedback to help refine TutorX’s services and offerings
8. Post-Sale Support & Upselling
- Ensure smooth transition for clients after the sale and deliver exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional tutoring services
