We are a reputed computer education and training institute with multiple branches, dedicated to equipping students with essential digital and professional skills. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Admission Counselors to guide students and parents in choosing the right course for their future. Key Responsibilities: Welcome walk-in students and parents, provide detailed information about the courses, and guide them through the admission process.Understand student needs, interests, and career goals to suggest suitable courses.Follow a structured counseling and sales process to convert inquiries into enrollments.Conduct follow-ups with prospects who visited the center or showed interest in joining.Coordinate with the telecalling team for follow-up leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.Handle inquiries from various sources such as walk-ins, phone calls, referrals, and digital platforms.Maintain student records and reports Collect fees and complete admission formalities.Support students in understanding the class schedule, faculty coordination, and orientation process.Requirements:Qualification: Diploma / Any DegreeGood communication skills in Tamil (Basic English preferred)Confident, friendly, and customer-oriented personalityPassion for sales and career counselingBasic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM entry, etc.)Ability to work in a target-driven environmentPrior experience in sales, counseling, or front office will be an added advantagePerks and Benefits:Fixed salary + monthly performance-based incentivesCareer growth opportunities to Team Leader and Coordinator rolesTraining and mentoring providedPositive and professional work culture
