Key Responsibilities:

• Sales planning: Developing sales plans and budgets, and ensuring they are implemented.

• Sales targets: Setting and achieving sales targets, and monitoring progress.

• Sales reporting: Submitting sales reports regularly.

• Market research: Conducting research on local customer trends and competitor activity.

• Staff management: Hiring, replacing, and training sales team members.
