SLMI Pest Control is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our pest control sales division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, acquiring new clients, and expanding our customer base across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (executives and field staff) to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and increase revenue.
Identify and target new business opportunities including housing societies, builders, schools, hospitals, restaurants, warehouses, and corporate clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns, promotions, and customer awareness programs.
Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer retention.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
Provide training to the team on pest control solutions, anti-termite treatment, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in pest control, facility management, or service industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel within Lucknow and nearby areas.
