- Sales & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Networking Abilities: Good at relationship-building and expanding client base.
- Knowledge of Financial Products: Basic understanding of life insurance and financial planning is a plus.
