We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee and drive the success of our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to mentor and manage a team. This role involves setting goals, implementing strategies, and ensuring the team achieves performance targets while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team management, Leadership & training of new Relationship Managers.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members to foster professional growth.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance, and market trends.
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, offering constructive feedback and actionable plans.
Sales & Business Development
• Set and track sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and client acquisition.
• Assist team members with negotiations, deal closures, and overcoming sales challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders in the industry.
Training & Skill Development
Provide training on market trends, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management. Ensure the team stays updated with real estate regulations, laws, and best practices. Identify skill gaps and organize professional development programs.
Administrative Duties
Oversee and manage team schedules and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Maintain records of team performance, client interactions, and transaction details.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Client Service & Market Expertise Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues or disputes.
• Stay informed about local and regional real estate markets, trends, and opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Team Leader, Sales Manager, or similar role in real estate. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, legal requirements, and sales strategies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant real estate tools. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Sales/Marketing or related field. Experience with luxury or commercial real estate. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong network within the real estate industry.
