Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicles, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
Provide accurate pricing, financing, and leasing options.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to build relationships and close deals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Handle paperwork and ensure smooth processing of vehicle sales and financing.
Work closely with the finance and insurance (F&I) team to ensure customers understand available options.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow-up after sales.
Use CRM tools to track leads and sales progress.
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of financing and leasing options is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license.
