We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Back Office Team Lead to lead a team of Back Office Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team, driving sales performance, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Employees to achieve existing Business targets and goals.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high productivity.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Prepare and present reports on team performance, client feedback, and business growth metrics.
Ensure accurate invoicing & timely payments
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
