• Lead the team consisting of Developers to solve business problems and lead end-to-end delivery of a large-sized project
• Assist team lead to design solutions with the support of developers

Skills
Setting vision and standards for the development and integration of the Salesforce.com solution • Experience in Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and supporting Salesforce.com applications and integrations.
• Expertise in Designing & implementing APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing APEX classes, Visualforce, Force.com APIs, Process Builder, Triggers, Templates, and Web Services • Expert in Lightning components • Certified Sales Platform Developer I
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Azure DevOps, BitBucket, or similar tools
• Experience in driving a workstream under a Production CRM system following the best practices when architecting, programming, or documenting solutions
• Experience in working closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams to ensure appropriate infrastructure selection, maintenance, policies, and procedures are in place to support the CRM application environment
• Experience in communicating development status regularly to SMD, Application Development, and stakeholders, escalating any identified risks
• Able to recommend cost-effective technology solutions for business challenges • Experience in leading a workstream/module for SFDC-based applications
• Experience architecting complex medium-scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications

Experience:
➢ 4-5 years of experience with salesforce.com implementation .
➢ Experience in managing/mentoring 2-3 team members while providing necessary mentorship/ guidance for the team’s growth .
➢ Experience in working in mid to large-sized projects in driving end-to-end activities to meet set milestones .
