Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, pitch, and close B2B and B2C sales partnerships

  • Scout new dealer/distributor opportunities across India

  • Collaborate with event sponsors, brands, and nutrition partners

  • Develop and maintain relationships with cycling clubs, fitness influencers, and communities

• Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Drive revenue growth through offline retail and online platforms

  • Identify high-potential customer segments

  • Support pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies

• Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitive analysis and track trends in the cycling and sports industry

  • Recommend new products and market expansion opportunities

• Event & Campaign Involvement

  • Support the team in managing and promoting FCC Racing™ events like Jaipur Rush XCO, FCC Kids Races, etc.

  • Represent FCC Racing™ at cycling expos, local rides, and community events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)

• Prior experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (sports or lifestyle industry preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

• Passion for cycling, fitness, or outdoor sports is a big bonus

• Willingness to travel (occasionally) for events and partner visits
