Identify and engage with corporate clients and key decision-makers in the region
Build strong relationships and generate leads to expand the customer base
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for project execution
Handle on-ground market activities and competition mapping
Provide timely reports and updates to the management
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the furniture or interiors industry
Ability to communicate fluently in Kannada and English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
Strong understanding of the Bangalore corporate market
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
