Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Solution Selling: Understand client challenges and present tailored software solutions that address their specific needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.
Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of Rayds' software solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and profitability.
Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Software/Web/IOT sales or related fields, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development services, SaaS solutions, or custom application development.
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work independently or as part of a team.
