The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
• Franchise Explanation: Clearly explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, and operational benefits.
• Follow-up: Stay in touch with leads, provide more information, and track progress toward closing deals.
• Sales Conversion: Close leads and convert them into franchisees by guiding them through the entire process.
• Taking Meetings: Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with interested leads to present the franchise opportunity and answer queries.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position the franchise effectively.
• Phone and Presentation Skills: Ability to engage with leads effectively over the phone and deliver impactful presentations during meetings.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across India for site surveys, face-to-face meetings, presenting company proposals, and collecting payments. All travel expenses are covered by the company (site visits are exclusive to male candidates).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.
The ideal candidate for this role must have Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience in sales/business development. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
