Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and nurturing existing partnerships. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, generating revenue, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients and markets through research, networking, and cold calling.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets and increase market share.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to spot new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts and drive business growth.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals and objectives.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key business development metrics, sales performance, and market activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of market research techniques and lead generation strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
