ü Job Description: The Hospital Manager will manage all the in and out of the Ambulance services of the assigned Hospital
Key Responsibilities:
1 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in emergency medical services or hospital administration.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
2. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily Ambulance in and out of the hospital operations
- Collection of Discharge report and coordinate with hospital departments
- Implement operational best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Daily Check up the Ambulance before Sending the Patient
3.Financial Management:
- Collection of the Payment from the Patient
- Daily update on accounts to State Accounts Department
- Oversee billing, revenue cycle management, and financial reporting processes
4. Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure the Ambulance meets all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Daily update the Ambulance log book & Ambulance hand over log book for the driver, Technician log book
5. Technology Integration:
- Drive the adoption of technology and digital solutions to enhance patient care and streamline operations.
- Allow the Ambulance through our HAMS
