Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound inside calls to potential clients, offering information about our design services and solutions.
Qualify leads by understanding the client's needs and matching them with relevant design services.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and update client records in the CRM system.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Assist in generating sales opportunities and contributing to meeting monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the latest campaigns and products to discuss with clients.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture relationships with leads.
Track sales activities and update management with progress reports.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to present ideas clearly.
Interest in the design industry and understanding of design trends and services (such as graphic, web, or interior design).
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duration: 3 months
Stipend/Compensation: 15,000pm
